Who we are

Zentro Ride Passengers Transport L.L.C O.P.C, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, operates ZentroRide and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at info@zentroride.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, and your password if you set one.
• Booking details: pickup and drop-off places, dates and times, flight number, passengers and luggage, child seats, the name for the signboard, notes for the chauffeur, the passenger's contact details, and billing details if you add them.
• Payments: amounts, payment method and status. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page; we only see the card brand and last four digits.
• Your messages with our team, with any photos or documents you attach, and the reviews you leave.
• Partner applications: the contact details, company, licence and owner details in the application.
• Chauffeurs and partners: identity, licence, permit and vehicle documents and photos (such as Emirates ID, passport, driving licence, permit and vehicle registration), and — only while a chauffeur turns location sharing on in the Driver Panel — their location.

How we use it

• To create your account and sign you in.
• To arrange your ride: the assigned chauffeur and their company receive the pickup details and the passenger's name and contact number, and you receive your chauffeur's details.
• To take payments, issue booking documents and handle refunds.
• To answer your messages and resolve issues with a ride.
• To review and manage chauffeurs and partners, and to offer them trips (a chauffeur's shared location helps estimate how far they are from a pickup; customers do not see it).
• To meet legal and tax obligations in the UAE, and to prevent fraud and misuse.

Who we share it with

• The chauffeur and partner company carrying out your ride — only what they need for it.
• Service providers that run parts of our service: Stripe (card payments), Google Maps Platform (place search) and our email delivery provider.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and your device

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to protect your session and to remember your language. On your first visit our server looks up the country of your IP address in its own copy of a country database, to show prices in your country's currency, and keeps that currency in a cookie for a day; your address is not sent to anyone for this. Your browser also keeps your chosen currency and, for up to 30 days, forms and booking searches you have not finished, so they are there when you come back. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open and as long as needed for your bookings, our legal and tax records, and resolving disputes. When it is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your details in your account. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account and the information we no longer need to keep.

Security

Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it for their work, and card details stay with Stripe. Partner and staff accounts can add two-step verification.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
