About these terms

ZentroRide is operated by Zentro Ride Passengers Transport L.L.C O.P.C, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (licence registration no. CN-5387980). These terms apply when you use the ZentroRide website and when you book a ride through it. You accept them when you confirm a booking.

Partner companies and independent chauffeurs also accept their own partner or chauffeur agreement when their account is approved.

Your account

• Give accurate details (name, email, mobile number) and keep them up to date.
• Keep access to your email secure: we send sign-in codes to it. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can book for someone else; the passenger's details must be accurate, and you remain responsible for the booking.

Bookings and fares

• The fare for your vehicle and any add-ons is shown before you confirm. Card payments carry a card charge, shown as its own line at checkout.
• Bookings can be made for now (a chauffeur within 30 minutes) or for any time from 30 minutes ahead, up to a year ahead.
• Your chauffeur's name, vehicle and plate number are emailed to you before the ride.
• Each vehicle includes the free waiting time shown when you choose it. Waiting beyond it may be charged.

Payment

You can pay by card online through our payment provider, Stripe, or choose cash or bank transfer. Fares are set in UAE dirhams (AED); amounts in other currencies are converted for display and may differ slightly from what your bank shows.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

During the ride

• Be at the pickup point on time.
• The passengers and bags must fit the vehicle you booked, and every passenger must wear a seat belt. Children need a suitable child seat, which you can add when you book.
• Behaviour that puts the chauffeur, other road users or the vehicle at risk is not allowed, and the chauffeur may end the ride.

Who carries out your ride

Rides are carried out by licensed chauffeurs working with partner companies or independently. ZentroRide takes your booking, assigns the chauffeur and supports you before, during and after the ride.

ZentroCoins

ZentroCoins are rewards in your account. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Your account shows their value and how much of a booking they can cover.

Liability

We take care to provide every ride as booked. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather or road closures, or by incorrect details given at booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown here, with its date, applies to bookings made from that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and disputes go to the courts of Abu Dhabi.
